  1. This is the README companion file to Lines of Luck (version 1.01, October,
  2. 1992). Lines of Luck is a slot-machine type of gambling game, similar to the
  3. popular "Lucky Lines" games in the bars and casinos these days. The game
  4. requires EGA graphics, and should run on any IBM-compatible machine. More
  5. information can be found in the file "lines.doc".

  7. The following programs should be included in the zip'd file you have:

  16.         LINES.EXE    - the Lines of Luck game
  17.     README        - this file
  18.     LINES.DOC    - documentation for Lines of Luck
  19.     REGISTER.DOC    - registration file

  21. Please ensure that all these files are intact and in the directory that you
  22. run the program from. Except for the text files, all the others are necessary
  23. for the game to run properly.

  26.     - You are free to distribute this program as you wish, provided that
  27.       ALL the above files are included, and are not altered in any way.
  28.       You may post to bulletin boards, network FTP sites, or give to
  29.       friends.
  30.     - This is a shareware game. It is NOT free! PLEASE, send me the
  31.       registration fee of $10, to make both you and I feel better. It's
  32.       not much, but it shows you like the game. See the file REGISTER.DOC
